War & More War…who benefits?

My gut has been wrenching for the last 24 hours. April 12, 2018

Mr. President, where is the proof? Mr. President, why are we in Syria at all and threatening Russia?

A decade ago the U.S. government, media, etc. stated for months that the Assad government had attacked its own people with deadly gas and 1 ½ year later proved to be a grand lie. The same strategy is being used today.

President Assad’s Syria is the only nation in the Mideast that allows all religions to be practiced freely and without fear, which includes Christians.

So who is behind Bush neocons’ and the Jews’ 18 year war proven to be built on lies and presently promoting another disastrous war? The rebels, 2 years ago, were defeating the Syrian army and closing in on Damascus when the Russian air force and a minimum of ground troops came to Assad’s rescue and destroyed the rebels in a few days. Now the U.S. claims the victory.

Israel has always claimed the land between the Nile and the Euphrates Rivers belonged to them. The U.S. has been fighting Israel’s wars for the last 20 or more years with huge casualties & cost and it appears the U.S. military has been propagandized to the point of being nothing but automatons. Hopefully this applies only to a small segment of Mideast forces. This statement is based upon the fact that one of the Mideast commanders named General Clark stated that numbers of his troops have vowed that they would die for Israel…what fools.

U.S. forces are securing Israel’s borders and others while the corrupt U.S. Senate & House of Representatives refuse to secure our own national borders, and that includes the Arkansas Six with Boozman & Cotton at the top of the list. Guess who is financing Cotton.

President Trump, in a Tweet challenged Russia with bravado and more stupidity, notice this was right after the Bush neocon John Bolton was hired. President Vladimir Putin has for years tried to become friends with the U.S. and the West, while being dogged as a “Warmonger” and a threat to the U.S. Lies & more lies.

Trump must understand that a conventional war against Russia that Russia has never been defeated on their turf. The next step would be nuclear, which could threaten the whole world. It is my belief that a phone call to Putin could resolve the whole matter. It is my further belief that if the U.S. attacks Russia on their soil we will be humiliated and then what? World destruction initiated by the Republican Swamp.

Citizens, we are in a crisis where sensible heads do not seem to prevail. The above is just a figment of what is transpiring that threatens a peaceful & stable civilization.

What Kind of People Callously Celebrate Unprovoked War?

Times Record editorial Sunday, April 30, 2017

Title: Report shows how vital military is to the area.

“Everyone knows just how important the military is.” “ (If you don’t, you should.)”

Equating dollar income with death, destruction & torture is the depth of depravity and debauchery. Building an economy through force of war and celebrating it is tragically deranged.

The editor’s celebration of the now ongoing 16 years of preemptive, unprovoked 7 wars, now Syria, replete with a U.S. military presence in 160 countries, naval armadas in the Yellow, Mediterranean, So. China & Sea of Japan, along with the Persian Gulf, attest to the fact insanity prevails as shown by this editor that celebrates war as a source of revenue is indeed as demented as the occupants of the D.C. Swamp, no exception. I failed to note the numbers of American troops strewn across these 160 sovereign nations in their pursuit of Armageddon. Do you get the picture?

Huge numbers of American troops are on the Latvian & Estonian borders complimented by F-35 overflights, contiguous with Russia (certainly not an enemy) and huge concentrations in Poland are a sure sign that peace initiatives are never to be implemented. Unfortunately American citizens have assumed the role of passivity through ignorance, laziness, fear, indoctrination’s, conditioning & other maladies, while the madmen in DC—Boozman, Cotton, Womack, & all the others, mostly Republican neocons, busily weave their web for in all likelihood a nuclear conflagration resulting from their quest for global hegemony.

Editor, you and the millions of American enablers enjoy your billions of taxpayer dollars built on murder, torture, destruction, poverty, and all the other inhumane products resulting from in this case 8 unprovoked wars, and more to come.

Much of our nation is behaving like a collection of uncivilized banshees celebrating, cheering, flag waving at the sight of any military contingent. The military’s only proper job is to defend our sovereighty & secure our national borders & nothing else.

Twice decorated, Medal of Honor winner Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler said it best, “War is a Racket”. The real heroes of this decade are Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, & Bradley Manning, who have in all likelihood surrendered their lives to make Americans aware of the government police state surveillance of every citizen around the Globe by the FBI, CIA, NSA, & a host of others.

Enjoy your sordid blood money!

Gaddy: “Not Fighting the War we can’t Afford to Lose”

“It is neither wise nor realistic to round up millions of people, many with deep roots in the United States, and send them across the border.” ~ George W. Bush 2006

“According to captured al-Qaida leaders and documents, the plan is called the “American Hiroshima” and involves the multiple detonation of nuclear weapons already smuggled into the U.S. over the Mexican border with the help of the MS-13 street gang and other organized crime groups.” ~ World Net Daily

Recently, I have been going back over articles that I wrote from 10 to 20 years ago while assessing for myself if I have always been crazy and if my recent writings are inconsistent with what I wrote all those years ago.

In this pursuit, I happened upon the below article, written in May of 2004, in which I wrote on how and why our government, determined to fight a so-called war on terror thousands of miles away, could possibly be so haphazard as to leave our borders, especially our Southern border, so unprotected. I believed then, and still do, that protecting one’s borders while at war was a battle that must be won. Without a doubt, the great majority of our politicians, on both sides of the aisle, did not then, and still do not, agree with my assessment.

Recently, Donald Trump utilized similar beliefs in a campaign that produced his victory. But, at this late date, is that tantamount to closing the proverbial barn door after the horse is gone? Also, why was no one seeing this fatal flaw in military strategy back in 2004? Read my almost 13-year-old article below and form your own opinion as to its accuracy.

May 31, 2004

Today, our military is present in over 130 countries. We have active wars being fought in Afghanistan and Iraq and military actions against other countries being recommended by the Neocon elements in the Bush administration. Yet, the war we cannot lose draws very little attention from most Americans and is being completely ignored by our politicians and our military. That war is the one not being fought for our Southern border.

In what will eventually prove to be one of the gravest military blunders of all time, we are leaving our Southern border almost completely unguarded as our enemies use our stupidity to destroy us financially, culturally and militarily.

While citizens of this country are subjected to humiliating searches and harassment at airports, supposedly to prevent acts of terrorism, thousands of potential terrorists simply walk across an undefended border.

While our soldiers are thousands of miles from home, attempting to impose democracy by force on a people who do not understand the concept, terrorists who could destroy their homes and their families here in America are simply walking into our country basically unopposed. Ironically, many of the bleeding heart socialist idiots in this country are providing food and water for them in the event they become thirsty and/or hungry as they negotiate the heat that is often so prevalent in our arid Southwest.

Just take the time to look at many of the Socialist representatives in our own government who want unfettered borders and are seeking criminal charges against landowners who have formed groups to protect their personal property from vandalism and theft by these illegal aliens, better known to their supporters as “victims.”

The effects on our economy generated by the millions of illegals in this country are devastating, not to mention our increased vulnerability to acts of terrorism.

Our citizens are being forced by this inane policy to endure a virtual crime wave, perpetrated by illegal aliens who in many cases cannot even be deported, thanks to our wonderful bureaucratic criminals at immigration and naturalization!
In many of our large cities, the local governments have actually created safe zones for these criminals to operate by making it a matter of policy not to report crimes committed by these illegals to federal authorities. In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) name illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.
A confidential California Department of Justice study reported in 1995 that 60 percent of the 20,000-strong 18th Street Gang in Southern California are aliens; police officers say the proportion is actually much greater. The bloody gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia, the dominant force in California prisons, on complex drug-distribution schemes, extortion, and drive-by assassinations, and commits an assault or robbery every day in L.A. County. The gang has grown dramatically over the last two decades by recruiting recently arrived youngsters, most of them illegal, from Central America and Mexico.

Our government continually turns a blind eye to this invasion. Many believe that is because the politicians see all the illegals as future voters. This idea carries some merit considering Dubya’s proposal that all be granted immunity. That would immediately qualify most for at least some form of government give away and certainly get them on the rolls as voters when they go for their driver’s license.

There are those who would say these potential voters would not help the republicans because almost all would vote democratic. Considering the socialistic programs now being championed by the republicans, that argument just does not hold water anymore.

In addition, there is the politically correct element that makes it racist to say anything about anyone regardless of whether what they are doing is illegal or not. Political correctness is being used and supported by the government to destroy our culture as a nation. This has been one of the main strategies of socialism since its beginning. I firmly believe that this obvious open-border policy by those in power is nothing more than a continuation of the push for One-World-Socialist-Government by both parties and the power cabal that controls them.

The government is able to generate sympathy for these illegals by saying “they are just trying to build a better life.” Perhaps this is why we seldom see the plastic heads on TV relate to us the news of a Mexican Diplomat smuggling Arabs into the U.S.
Our government tells us only 19 Arabs perpetrated all the horrors of 9/11. Considering our highly flawed immigration policies allowed most of the 19 to be here without having to negotiate our Southern border, and our law enforcement officials failed to follow up on a myriad of warnings, can we take a chance on believing the Arabs who used this corrupt Mexican diplomat to infiltrate our country are here just to better themselves?
How convenient it is that folks of Middle Eastern ancestry are using our Southern border. How many of us could actually tell an Arab from a Mexican national without hearing them speak?
Without exception, all of the people I speak with who support wholeheartedly Bush’s illegal war with Iraq are dumbfounded when asked, “If this war is to stop terrorism, then why does Bush do nothing to stop the free flow of potential terrorists into this country across our Southern border?”. The total absurdity of the concept does not seem to dampen their support in the least. Why would you allow the government to take your children 6000 miles and put them in harm’s way and do nothing to protect their homes and families here in the US?
Bush’s failure to protect this country’s Southern border by allowing an unfettered flow of potential terrorists into the country is proof positive the war in Iraq has nothing to do with stopping terrorism or “keeping us safe.” Once that façade is stripped away, like all the other lies for war; why does anyone support this fool and his administration?

With our military stretched so thin meddling in other countries and very few of them left at home, what would happen if some foreign military force invaded across our Southern border? Is the mad rush by our government to disarm its citizens a part of the overall plan to make such an incursion relatively easy? (Think “New World Order”)

The very quickest we could have a fighting force back in this country, equipment and all, would be two weeks at best. How much damage could a dedicated force inflict in that time frame? Anyone who believes that Mexico would not allow their country to be used as the staging ground for such an event should take the time to read the speeches Vicente Fox has delivered in other countries. Besides, don’t most Mexicans believe that Texas, California and other states of the Southwest were stolen from them anyway?

The Mexican military has made hundreds of forays into this country (new link) in the past few years. Probing for weaknesses or just an accident?
I have talked personally with several citizens of the Tohono O’odham village of San Pedro, some twenty-five miles west of Tucson, Arizona who were held hostage by Mexican soldiers with Humvees, night vision and automatic weapons for two days. All the Mexican troops would say is that they were “looking for someone.” Since the village is some 50 miles north of the Mexico/US border, I’m sure they were not simply lost.
So, here we have it: Bush is fighting a war, killing our sons and daughters and thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians so he can “stop terrorism”. In the meantime, thousands of potential terrorists are simply walking into this country across a virtually unprotected border. Once they get here, socialists in our government are working overtime to make sure they have food and water and are able to steal anything else they want with impunity. In fact, the government is attempting to make criminals of any who would attempt to stop them.

Those who are not terrorists, per se, become a burden on the overtaxed working citizens of this country or slip into a life of crime where they enjoy immunity from prosecution and expulsion to satisfy the politically correct element in our society.

There are millions here now. The government wants nothing to do with curbing the flow of millions more. Still, untold legions of Americans support our “war on terrorism” thousands of miles away.

A thinking man would have to say as a country, WE ARE TOAST.

The Scales of Justice Broken

Do you believe Gov. Asa Hutchinson, the Arkansas General Assembly, Senators John Boozman & Tom Cotton, et al. have any intentions of attempting to solve the horrendous escalations in prison populations whether it be city, county, state, or Fed, other than, perhaps building more beds & prisons? The answer is a resounding NO!

Prisons & Jails are good businesses, profitable businesses, for both government & private endeavors, expands government, and favors suppliers. Prisons & jails are like city-states. They need all products demanded by small communities, and then some. It appears the business of prisons has become a very large, lucrative racket and the “War on Drugs” a miserable, expensive failure.

Case in point: The Times Record printed a story Friday, March 27,2014 titled “Drug Charges Net Fort Smith Man 17 years”, actually the sentence was 17 ½ years followed by 5 years of supervised release, and that in itself, in some cases, is worse than the actual sentence.

The sentence was all about ONE count of methamphetamine possession and intent to distribute.

Yes, the 33 year old man broke the law and should be penalized, but 22 ½ Years for possession of methamphetamine? 22 ½ years? The sentence was demanded by Federal Prosecutor Conner Eldtridge, U.S. Attorney for the Western District Arkansas. The sentence meted out for this young man was/is barbaric and uncivilized, and will be hugely taxpayer expensive, a condition that does not resonate in government.

In the same context, the man found guilty of stealing $272,236 from the Southside High School Band & on a prior occasion, $360,000 from the Missouri Willard High School Band Boosters, Sentence: 5 Years, so says Eldridge on a Channel 5 newscast. Weigh the magnitude of the crimes and sentences and compare.

Eldridge, in defense of his draconian sentence would no doubt stand on the government platform stating the federal law permits that sentence. Think about this again, 22 ½ long years just for having some methamphetamine in his possession and think further the exorbitant taxpayer cost to keep this man incarcerated for 17 ½ years, followed by another 5 years when he may or may not be released.

What will be positively accomplished by the barbaric sentence? If anything, it could be achieved in a much shorter time span—say 6 months to 1 year.

If politicians were interested in attempting to resolve at least a portion of the prison crisis, they would first visit & reevaluate the draconian sentencing laws at all levels of the judicial system, followed by drastic reductions in mandatory sentencing laws, as would be the case in this matter, from 6 months to 1 year, 2 years max followed by the creation of general educational classes based on the individual’s prevailing achieved academic status and professional instruction would last for the length of the sentence. A system reflecting this outline would not be perfect, but a beginning & a civilized approach to incarcerations, probably reducing recidivism and absolutely reducing the horrendous expenditures immensely. Today, the Arkansas recidivism rate, depending on the source, ranges between 45 & 70%. GOT THAT!

Tons of amphetamines & derivatives were legally prescribed from the 1940’s through the 1990’s (the military, weight control, and psychiatrics, etc.) and in the main, society functioned very well. Illicit drugs can be a menace to society with the continuation of prohibition-like laws as the treatment of choice to deal with the illicit drug problem that has proven to be wholly dysfunctional. Yet individuals who are elected, appointed & hired to protect society continue the prescription of failure. As Professor Polya so aptly calls it, “The Coalition of the Willing”.

Federal Prosecutor Eldridge is a political appointee and in all likelihood has never physically examined the inside actual workings of a Federal Prison. I heartedly suggest that he and others in like stations motor east to the federal prison in Forrest City and/or south to same in Texarkana and observe the masses of young prisoners, both sexes, gathered with their young families at visitation time and ask your collective selves, is this not in fact the real institution of criminality—wildly excessive incarcerations? Furthermore, Mr. Eldridge, if you and those of you with like minds spent one day and night in and under prison conditions; maybe you would change your prosecutorial positions.

Just think, like so many who have gone before, the 33 year old William Joseph Alexander has been put into a 22 ½ year vacuum and in all likelihood with prosecutorial vengeance, for a few milligrams or perhaps kilos (2.2 lbs.) of methamphetamine while at the same time similar sentences have incarcerated millions for having a bag or a few bags, or less of marijuana, etc.

The U.S. incarceration at a rate is 5X, YOU READ IT RIGHT, 5X the average incarceration rate of the industrialized world.

What is missing from this screed? The other half of Judicial incompetence & the arrogance & brutality of the entire system. What about the enforcement of 8 USC, Sections 1324a, 1325, 1459, & 1644…all of which clearly states the heavy penalties for illegally entering our country and for aiding, abetting, hiring, sheltering or transporting illegals, all absent prosecutions by Federal Prosecutors.

There are thousands of illegals nesting in the Fort Smith area specifically and Arkansas generally, accompanied by numerous gangs; therefore why is Prosecutor Eldridge not using the many policing agencies & powers at his disposal to round up illegals, the gangs, and their employers and prosecute?

Is it not ironic that Fed. Prosecutor Eldridge can step out the front door of his office, gaze south for a couple of hundred yards, and see one of the bigger violations of 8 USC in the matter of abetting, hiring and employing thousands of illegal Mexicans and OTM’s by a foreign-owned poultry corporation. At the same time Prosecutor Eldridge has no qualms regarding sending a young American citizen to the Big House for 17 ½ years while destroying his potentially productive life.

Federal Prosecutor Eldridge along with all federal officials has sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the rule of Law. All Federal Prosecutors have refused to use & enforce their legal authorities in prosecuting the illegal alien U.S. population and their U.S. employers. At the same time U.S. President Obama has released onto the streets 167,000 foreign national illegal criminal aliens who have been duly prosecuted, serving hard time, and not a word or explanation from the Western District Federal Prosecutor, or any of the rest of their numbers.

While all the above carnage is being dumped on American society, President Obama, unconstitutionally and illegally, is importing hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens and the local Western District Prosecutor, along with his colleagues, have all been muzzled and are obviously willing participants demonstrated by their silence. THE IMMIGRATION SYSTEM IS NOT BROKEN—IT IS THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE SYSTEM THAT ARE BROKEN & CORRUPT.

While Federal Prosecutor Eldridge turns a blind eye to rampant criminal behaviors he has no problem in sending the young man William Joseph Alexander up the river for much of his life. SO MUCH FOR REAL AMERICAN JUSTICE. BREAD & CIRCUSES, YOU KNOW!

Is it any wonder that the United States holds more prisoners per capita than any country around the globe? Nothing to be proud of. By the way, William Joseph Alexander will be 55 years of age, if he is fully released on schedule…for possession of a few grams or less of Meth.

Government has no shame or concern for taxpaying Arkansans and Americans, and is more than willing to let this poisonous spider continue to grow its killing tentacles.

Education in the prison system, accompanied by an 80% reduction in the length of certain prison sentences are possible viable solutions for taxpayer financial and a general societal relief.

Joe McCutchen

Three departments in Arkansas government dealing with Corrections had an increase this year of $20 million.

This followed up by a $40 million surplus and Gov. Hutchinson gets $20 million to spread at his pleasure. The State Senate & House divide the other $20 million to secure their positions & other purposes

Why was this $40 million not returned to the beleaguered taxpaying citizens? The practice is abject corruption by any standard.

Scalia–another charleton in a lifetime position of destruction

February 27, 2015

Regarding Scalia’s speech in Fort Smith, AR yesterday:

Scalia, speaking about the cases he “falls on his sword for” are those that deal with the “real Constitution and those who attempt to tinker with the construction of government”. In that statement he was at least disingenuous, since the DC Republican establishment and the Republican members of the Ark. General Assembly in concert with the U.S. Chambers of Commerce, nursing home lobbyists, and the multitude of big business interests have launched a serious attack on the Bill of Rights, Amendment 7, i.e. the right of trial by jury of your peers shall be preserved.

The aforementioned organizations are lobbying & purchasing support to overturn the 7th Amendment to allow government to predetermine caps on monetary awards. Government will of course make the various appointments e.g. the recently appointed ethics committee created in the Ark. General Assembly to determine their own salaries & any ethical concerns, better known as Issue 3—an inside job by any dimension.
Scalia further stating, “every tinhorn dictator and every banana republic today has a Bill of Rights”, Scalia said but without a Constitution to prevent centralization of power to one person or one political party. Is this not what we are presently witnessing in the U.S. compliments of Obama?

The very idea that Justice Scalia would make the above statements when he and the other 8 “Justices” have allowed the past 3 presidents to engage in any numbers of criminal acts, e.g. former Pres. Bill Clinton destroyed the sovereign nation of Yugoslavia resulting in the creation of 6 provinces, all done so the Clinton Administration could “protect U.S. interests”…what U.S. interests?—preemptive, murderous air strikes, 500 per day.

Former Pres. G.W. Bush destroyed Iraq, at the time an ally of the U.S. , all built on lies resulting in the murdering of millions of innocent Iraqis that offered no threat to the U.S. Bush’s attacks on U.S. citizen liberties were and are unprecedented until the present U.S. president entered the scene. Bush and Zionist insiders passed twice the unconstitutional Patriot Acts nullifying the 4th & 10th Amendments, neutered Posse Comitatus & Habeas Corpus, permitted torture, international spying, the murder of American citizens without any hearings, droning, the Military Commissions Act, The Homegrown Radicalized Terror Act, the National Defense Authorization Act, etc. etc. All draconian, immoral, and unconstitutional.

In view of these facts and many more, how can Scalia look in the faces of 800 school children and crow about his love and upholding of the U.S. Constitution?—a crime in itself.

Fast forward to President Barack Hussein Obama, who with the aid of both political parties passed unconstitutionally The Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, with the aid of Republican Chief Justice Roberts, claiming Obamacare was a “tax”, and the Republican Party.

The lawlessness of the Obama administration, i.e. the Executive Branch is unparalleled, a dictatorship. Obama’s corruption has passed into the Federal Reserve, the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank. He has carried on torture, assassination of U.S. citizens without the due process of law, issued untold numbers of Executive Orders that dissolve U.S. border security & allows mass immigration, legal & illegal, awards amnesty to millions of illegals, has tripled H1-B visas while 92 million Americans are jobless. The Obama Administration has overthrown the duly elected government of Ukraine, the Libyan government and his sites are on the governments of Syria, Venezuela, Argentina, and Cuba. The U.S. has been transformed into a police state, compliments of the past 3 presidents, congress, the Dept. of Justice, and the Supreme Court and the beat goes on & on.

The United States has preemptively destroyed 7 Mideastern countries in a 14 year war and observe the casualties on both sides at a Trillion dollar cost and for what?

Scalia has been on board in his lifetime position since the Reagan Administration and has been a strong voice posing as a conservative while aiding and abetting the hemorrhaging of the Constitution and U.S. citizens.

Scalia is nothing more than a Constitutional Imposter. The Constitution is not dead, only the people elected & appointed to protect it.
The constitution has not been a part of American lives since the mid 1900’s and to be more specific, since 1861.

Tax Farmers–(Gaddy)

(Or how the government sponsored hate and hysteria directed at any substance or cause that is not approved and promoted by the government itself is the root of all evil and should be exterminated along with anyone foolish enough to use them.)
Author’s disclaimer: I am not now, nor have been, the user of drugs, legal or illegal, with the exception of Acetaminophen, over-the-counter allergy relief and the occasional ingestion of caffeine or an adult beverage.

Author’s note: I am also fully cognizant that I live in Bizarro World. Please take that into consideration as I cite as a recent example the claim by a proxy leader of a local group that claims fealty and allegiance to all things constitutional, that a candidate for Sheriff, recently vetted by that group, is “weak” on constitutional issues. This from the same man who recently publicly endorsed a candidate for that same office who has inundated this county with multiple lawsuits alleging repeated violations of the constitutional rights of local citizens and who knowingly hired and promoted a man who had been terminated in another state for violating the constitutional rights of citizens in that state, only to have him perpetrate these same unconstitutional acts on citizens here; So much for being “weak” on the Constitution.

Imagine for me, if you will, a local hay farmer who finds his grass and alfalfa fields beginning to be invaded by a noxious weed. When he attempts to eradicate that weed he discovers the product offered for that purpose is only sold by the government. Upon applying this product to his fields, he finds that instead of eradicating the noxious weed, the treatment actually encourages and increases its growth. He then discovers he is required by law to continue purchasing that product, and after years of use, is told that no matter how much of that product he purchases and applies to his fields, stopping the growth and spread of the noxious weed is impossible. Even so, he is required by law to purchase larger and larger quantities of this product at constantly increasing prices and continue its application.

That story is ludicrous, Rebel, you claim—that would never happen. Well, actually, taking the same principles and applying them to the so-called “war on drugs” and other such government sponsored programs, you will find the template to be almost identical. Each and every year, the price of these “wars” increase exponentially while we are told by “experts” in the euphemistically named justice department that regardless of how many taxpayer dollars are spent, the illegal use of drugs cannot be stopped, or in many cases even slowed down. Of course the mantra of the tax farmer is: “think how bad it could be if we were not spending an endless stream of dollars on something that will never work.” Ah, Bizarro World and its willful dupes.

We too often forget the side effects of taking the government’s prescription for the hopeless remedy in the “war on drugs.” During most of our adult lives we have witnessed an incremental dismantling of our Bill of Rights while pursuing the admitted failure of these wars that never end. The ramifications in our personal lives are in many ways equally as devastating as many of these drugs, especially as it relates to private property. Allow me please to cite a few examples that have emanated from the drug war induced, Comprehensive Forfeiture Act of 1984:

“Retired army Colonel Melvin Hanberg lost his California rental property because one of his tenants was alleged to be a drug dealer. (Colonel Hanberg was never accused of any narcotics violations nor listed as a suspect by local police)
An eighty-year-old black woman lost her motel because a prostitute used a room with a customer. (This lady was never accused of having knowledge of or promoting prostitution on her property.)

Helen Hoyle, a seventy-year-old black woman in Washington, D.C., lost her home because of police suspicion that one of her grandchildren once had drugs in the house.

Donald A. Regan of Montvale, New Jersey, lost his car when he gave a lift to someone who, unbeknownst to Regan, had drugs in his possession.

The theory is that the physical site “facilitates” the illegal transaction and is thereby a party to the crime, allowing its seizure. Under the existing application of the law, your home and everyone else’s can be confiscated simply by an undercover agent arranging for a drug transaction to take place on your front lawn or in your driveway.

Police seized Gary and Kathy Bergman’s South Dakota home because it was visited by a friend who brought along a marijuana plant.
Joseph and Frances Lopes lost their home when a mentally disturbed son planted marijuana in their backyard.”

When asked about the injustice done to Mr. and Mrs. Lopes, Marshall Silberberg, the U.S. prosecutor who seized their house, snorted that the family should “be happy we let them live there as long as we did.” Stefan D. Cassella, an official in the asset forfeiture division of the U.S. Justice Department, justifies the seizure of property from innocent parties on the grounds that otherwise nothing is accomplished for the government.”

***The above examples and citations were taken from the book “The Tyranny of Good Intentions” by Paul Craig Roberts and Lawrence Stratton

Actual figures vary by source, but it is estimated that in our country we spend just a little less than 50 billion taxpayer dollars on the “war on drugs” every year. Of course this does not take into account the “militarization” of our local, state and national police and the advent and use of vehicles and equipment more commonly seen in a war zone than in American communities and the many associated deaths of innocents in botched dynamic entry raids by the ubiquitous SWAT team.

As one looks at the various ‘wars” our government is involved in, whether it be drugs, terrorism, poverty, noxious weeds or the quest for better water quality, there is much wisdom to be found in the words of Thomas Sowell in his book “Visions of the Anointed.” For the uninitiated the “anointed” are progressive liberals while the vision mentioned is how these progressives view how the world should be run—with them in charge of everything of course

It is really hard to demonize or criticize Thomas Sowell with the favorite derisive term of Progressives; “racist,” for he just so happens to be Black.

Here are a few quotes from Professor Sowell:

“This (liberal) vision so permeates the media and academia, and has made such major inroads into the religious community, that many grow into adulthood unaware that there is any other way of looking at things, or that evidence might be relevant to checking out the sweeping assumptions of so-called “thinking people”. Many of these “thinking people” could more accurately be characterized as articulate people, as people whose verbal nimbleness can elude both evidence and logic. This can be a fatal talent, when it supplies the crucial insulation from reality behind many historic catastrophes.” — P. 6

“As sex education programs spread widely through the American educational system during the 1970s, the pregnancy rate among 15- to 19-year-old females rose from approximately 68 per thousand in 1970 to approximately 96 per thousand by 1980. Among unmarried girls in the 15- to 17-year-old bracket, birth rates rose 29 percent between 1970 and 1984, despite a massive increase in abortions, which more than doubled in the same period. Among girls under 15, the number of abortions surpassed the number of live births by 1974.” — P. 18
“Everyone is for a beneficial outcome; they simply define it in radically different terms. Everyone is a “progressive” by his own lights. That the anointed believe that this label differentiates themselves from other people is one of a number of symptoms of their naive narcissism.” — P. 95

“One of the most important questions about any proposed course of actions is whether we know how to do it. Policy A may be better than policy B, but that does not matter if we simply do not know how to do Policy A. Perhaps it would be better to rehabilitate criminals, rather than punish them, if we knew how to do it. Rewarding merit might be better than rewarding results if we knew how to do it. But one of the crucial differences between those with the tragic vision and those with the vision of the anointed is in what they respectively assume that we know how to do. Those with the vision of the anointed are seldom deterred by any question as to whether anyone has the knowledge required to do what they are attempting.” — P. 109

The vision and belief that government does anything well except for theft and coercion is a view that history proves is fatal to those who cherish liberty. The more money that is confiscated and spent on “visions of the anointed” leads to more and more of what is being fought a “war” to destroy.

Consider please; do we have more drug users than when you were young? Do we have more “terrorists” than 50 years ago? As cited above, did the government program to deal with teen pregnancy through the enlightened vision of “sex education” prevent or increase teen pregnancy? Do we have more crime than when we started to spend all that money to prevent it? Do more cops really equate to less crime? If so, where is the proof? Are there more “poor people” than what you remember as a child? Is illegal immigration more or less of a problem than when you were young? Is our country more in debt than when you grew up? Do you think there might be a connection there somewhere?

Does the story of the hay farmer make more sense to you now?

Addressing politicians & bureaucrats as “Honorable”, plus the hue & cry for more jail/prison cells—WHY?

Issue #1. Calling a politician or bureaucrat “Honorable” is obscene and in the extreme, criminal. Two recent examples, (occurring during the week of June 16 makes the point) Commissioner of THE IRS, John Koskinen was caught lying on multiple occasions to a select congressional committee delving into the IRS scandals. Congressional lawmakers voted and passed an Amendment to put new limits (to reign in) on surveillance by the National Security Agency (NSA). 3 of the 4 Arkansas Congressmen, Crawford, Cotton, & Womack voted against it–WHY? Each of the 3 demonstrated they have an utter disregard for the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, e.g. violation of Amendments Four, Nine & Ten. The 3 can only be described as warmongers. The 3 congressmen, along with Senators Pryor & Boozman have launched numerous other unconstitutional attacks on individual freedoms. Cited below are more examples of their traitorous conduct: passage of the Patriot Acts, neutering Posse Comitatus & Habeas Corpus, Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007, National Defense Authorization Act (can only be described as the most diabolical act ever perpetrated against Americans), National Security Agency NSA (wiretapping, spying/frying drones). The recently passed Amendment to restrict many of the surveillance activities (described above) using drones by the NSA was answered by the NSA saying they were too large and the computer system was too big for them to abide by the new edict laid down by congress. So much for the rule of law. The 5 (#6 is not running for reelection) can only be described as traitorous enablers for participating in anti-constitutional conduct. Accompanying the aforementioned criminal acts and remaining unresolved are: the scandalous Fast & Furious, spying on the Associated Press, unilateral attack on Libya, the Benghazi slaughter, the IRS scandal, and let’s not forget the illegal invasions on our southwest border. 25-35 million illegals are presently here and thousands of children are being dumped weekly, and U.S. congressional bodies are too cowardly to stop these invasions orchestrated by Pres. Barack Hussein Obama.

Where is the citizen outrage regarding the many criminal assaults being waged against American citizens by the U.S. President and the complicit Congress & Senate as well as the enabling Federal Government—all departments?

The whole of American government is constitutionally bankrupt & corrupt, yet Americans continue to reelect these governmental thugs decade after decade; therefore who’s to blame for the destruction of our once vaunted republic? Citizen fools, of course.

Americans stupidly continue to support the two corrupted political parties, the Democrat welfare party, and the Republican warmongers, also known as the Party of Irrelevance. In the new 21st century the warmongering Republican Party and its coterie of enablers have either partially or totally destroyed 7 countries on the way to Global hegemony financed with fiat money and will ultimately result in a global conflagration.

Voting for the “lesser of two evils” means approval of what the lesser evil is doing to you. Only when votes are withdrawn, i.e. refusing to vote, then you command their attention, politicians & bureaucrats will then understand that the citizens now comprehend their scurrilous game of unconstitutional and criminal behavior in which they are wallowing—bottom up.

Issue #2. More jail cells.

Politicians & bureaucrats have only one solution to a problem or crisis, i.e. more taxpayer theft. Do we need more jail/prison cells, answer; absolutely not and here are some of the reasons why.

Corrupt politicians refuse to enforce immigration laws, in all likelihood a criminal involvement refusing to enforce existing immigration laws (See 8 USC), specifically those securing our national borders and mass-deportations, all part of the U.S. Criminal Code. All the while military & civilian forces are quasi-securing the borders of such postage stamps of terror, e.g. Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Somalia, Israel…to name a few. In the meantime the U.S. southwestern border is more porous than a sieve and is the recipient of one of the most onerous & skillfully constructed invasions in the history of man. Ratcheted up by the Marxist/Racist U.S. President Barack Obama. The invasion bringing in tens of thousands of young people fully understanding they may walk into the U.S. without one visible obstacle, resulting in not only their illegal presence but reintroducing diseases and many acting as Drug Mules. Obama is the genesis of this draconian nation-killing crime. The collusion orchestrated by the Democrat party in no way is being challenged by the Party of Irrelevance. Not one elected politician has the backbone to stand firm and quote existing immigration laws with the demand they be enforced to the letter. For instance, Governor Perry of Texas and Gov. Brewer of Arizona do not have the Constitutional will to call out their respective National Guards and post them on their borders and use the WWII courage, Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!

Not one word from the Arkansas Six on this social and military crisis. The Six are political self-serving cowards and all are hunkering down like infants in a bassinet. Same goes for all the rest. Citizens refuse to deal with the intent and results of these invasions. The White Founding Stock of our republic is rapidly becoming victim of a purposeful genocide. Our homeland is now little more than a legal & illegal 3rd world international dumping ground, brought to citizens by the white congressional majority.

Addressing jail/prison cells:

The question becomes how many foreign nationals, legal & illegal, are incarcerated in our jails and prisons? The numbers are mighty and all under this description should be physically deported immediately. Recently 36,000 hardened illegal criminals were released by Obama.

A politician and/or a bureaucrat will never offer an objective solution, all the bums know is MORE FUNDING. Does it occur to anyone that reducing the sentences by ½ of all white collar crime would free up tens of thousands of cells? For this to occur the voting public must get the attention of prosecutors of all stripes, judges of all stripes and citizens who make up juries. The sentences that are handed out pertaining to white collar crime in most cases are draconian and serve no useful purpose. Actually the sentences represent lodestones hanging from the necks of American taxpayers. Federal judges & prosecutors are the guiltiest. State Legislators, referencing state laws, could remedy this brutal assault on productive citizens in one fell swoop. Begin by ferreting out every law dealing with white collar crime (crime that has inflicted no pain on his fellow man/woman) and write one law that states “FROM THIS DAY FORWARD ALL WHITE COLLAR CRIME THAT CAN BE REASONABLY DESCRIBED AS SUCH, BE REDUCED BY ONE-HALF”. The Attorney General and his staff could use this blanket statement and fashion a law which would serve all Arkansans and Americans.

It’s way past time to quit playing beach ball with government thugs, self-servers, and many times outright criminals.

Away with Political Correctness! The claim of a nation is secure borders resulting in sovereignty & stability, not a borderless mass of real estate with no authority or protections for native American citizens.

The Un-Civil War–government & the Banksters (Gaddy)

“Conspirators do not make minutes of their machinations, progress, and objectives. Seldom, therefore, can conspiracy be proved by other than circumstantial evidence. It is only by assembling the results, with such evidence as may be of the progress thereof by the participants, that the victim can ever make a case of conspiracy. If in the end there is a completed structure of result, the frame of which has been furnished piecemeal by several individuals, the parts when brought together showing adaptation to each other and fitness for the end accomplished, it is at least reasonable to infer concert in both planning and fabrication.” ~Scheele v. Union Finance & Loan Co., 200 Minn. 554 at 560, 274 N. W. 673 at 678 (1937). (Emphasis added)

Prior to, during and shortly after our Second War for Independence, the Constitutional Republic designed and ratified by our forefathers was hijacked and destroyed by members of the International Banking Cartel and their bought and paid for stooges in government, including members of Congress, Cabinet Members and members of the US Supreme Court. This form of unconstitutional governance has continued to the present day, continually utilizing whores for our government and we are reaping the full whirlwind of that wind sown back in the 1850s.

These politicians, members of the Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches of government and their useful idiots throughout the last 154 years are synonymous with the “conspirators” referenced in the court case quoted above.

Our government is operated by criminals; we are hopelessly mired in a debt from which there is no recovery; members of our military who should be protecting our borders and our Bill of Rights are dying and being maimed or taking their own lives, not for God and Country but for the financial bottom line of those who have corrupted our government; our basic individual rights are blown away like leaves in a hurricane and we are slaves today to those same interests who hijacked our government those many years ago.

All of the above has occurred not because our Constitution does not work or needs amending, it has occurred precisely because it was abandoned and justified with the blatant and patently false belief that it was necessary to perpetuate a union by force of arms inflicting hundreds of thousands of deaths and to free a race of people who today are in bondage to a welfare system, black on black crime, abject poverty, and institutionalized ignorance, just as, if not more, heinous and unjust than chattel slavery.

We can no more change this pattern of corruption and mendacity by electing new members to the criminal cabal who will in turn appoint and support more unconstitutional bureaucrats than we could change the overall results of organized crime by electing or appointing a new hitman for the mafia.

One of those “hitmen” in our history who was bought and paid for and spent most of his adult life destroying our Constitutional Republic was Salmon P. Chase. Chase was one of the “founders,” if you will, of the Republican Party and was elected Senator from Ohio in 1860.

When Lincoln was elected president, he appointed Chase to be Secretary of the Treasury, not because of any special talent for that position but because Chase had supported Lincoln at the Republican Party Convention. (party politics at its best) Chase is often referred to as a “civil rights activist” by historians; again the unmentioned intimation is if a person of that era was an abolitionist then whatever they did must be viewed in history as justifiable. Any form of corruption is acceptable and even laudable if it is cloaked in the color of “civil rights.”

It is irresponsible to mention Chase without also mentioning the “Hazard Circular.” In all probability this is an object in history that is almost completely unheard of to most people, but using the theory established in the quote at the beginning of this article, one must not discount the object if the results are obvious, even if by doing so we are called conspiracy theorists by those who wish to cloak their crimes in decency.

It is necessary to demonize those who might present the Circular as evidence because it was circulated to the American Bankers by none other than the Bank of England. The Bank of England was founded by William Paterson in 1694 who once said, “The bank hath benefit of interest on all monies which it creates out of nothing.” Need I say more?

Hazard Circular: “Slavery is likely to be abolished by the war power, and chattel slavery abolished. This, I and my European friends are in favor of, for slavery is but the owning of labor, and carries with it the care of labor, while the European plan, led on by England, is that capital shall control labor by controlling wages.

The great debt that capitalists will see to it is made out of the [Civil] war must be used to control the value of money. To accomplish this, the Government bonds must be used as a banking basis.

We are now waiting for the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States to make this recommendation.
It will not do to allow greenbacks, as they are called, to circulate as money any length of time, as we cannot control that, but we can control the bonds and through them the bank issues.” (Emphasis added)

We can discern from the Hazard Circular that Secretary Chase was being manipulated or controlled by the banking cabal. While there are those on the left and right who deny the existence of this circular and the cabal’s control of Chase, and by default, Lincoln, we must ask ourselves did the events as predicted in the circular actually occur.

Secretary Chase proposed and supported the National Banking Acts of 1863 and 1864.

“Government bonds must be used as a banking basis….We are now waiting for the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States to make this recommendation.” ~Hazard Circular.

Secretary Chase, realizing the necessity of collecting taxes in order to continue the war of aggression on the people and property of the South, also created the Bureau of Internal Revenue or what we commonly refer to today as the IRS. Just another blatantly unconstitutional bureaucracy.

Chase was also ambitious and challenged Lincoln for the presidency in 1864 and would eventually run for president again in 1868 and 1872 while sitting as Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court.

Chase would use his position on the Supreme Court to further the interests of the banking cabal, especially in Texas v White.
Chase, as Chief Justice, also presided over the impeachment trial of President Andrew Johnson, whom the Radical Republicans who supported Reconstruction schemed to impeach in part because Johnson called the Reconstruction Act of 1867 a “bill of attainder against 9 million people, absolute despotism” and stated in his veto, “such a power has not been wielded by any Monarch in England in 500 years.”

In Texas v. White, Chase completed the destruction of the Constitutional Republic as established in 1788, the Ninth and Tenth Amendments of 1791 and obliterated the “consent of the governed” clause of the Declaration of Independence of 1776. Chase converted the “free and independent states” of our founders to the highly centralized and controlled government we have today.

For many decades students in accredited law schools have been taught that the Constitution means whatever the Supreme Court says it does, as if our founders had no meaning in mind when they wrote the words and phrases; that these meanings were founded on Natural and Common law; were thoroughly explained in the Ratification Conventions and are not subject to radical judicial interpretation. The trouble is many of the politicians running for office today and all too many ordinary citizens believe judges to be the gods of wisdom as to our founders’ intent.

No person will ever pass the BAR if they recognize Secession or Nullification as being legal. Therefore, when the question of Nullification or Secession is brought up, the almost immediate referral is to Texas v White. It is imperative one knows that when Texas v White was litigated, Texas was living under martial law and had no representation among the people or free elections.

There was a motion made during the legal proceedings to dismiss the case on the basis Texas was not a “state’ at the time of the proceedings but was in fact a “conquered territory under military occupation.” To suit his banking cartel handlers and forever taint legal precedent, Chase denied the motion and stated that despite Texas being prostrated and impotent under military rule, she was still a state. Against all intentions of our founders and those who ratified the Constitution, Chase claimed that we are an “indestructible union of indestructible states.”

To insure the interest is paid on their fraudulent loans and bonds to our central government, the banking cabal cannot allow any state to relieve themselves of the obligation to pay by simply opting out of the violated compact. Therefore, Chase stepped up to the plate for the bankers and rendered the desired decision. In return Chase’s likeness was placed on the $10,000 note and his name is forever memorialized by one of the most powerful financial institutions in the Federal Reserve District on Wall Street.

“They [Radical Republicans in Congress] insisted that the existing governments of the Southern states be abolished. Also, to the Radical Republicans, the defeated Southern states offered a unique opportunity for a large-scale social experiment. They viewed the population of the South as simply a human chessboard. Central planners in Washington could micromanage the region and Federal troops would force compliance with their dictates. It was a bureaucrat’s dream come true. (Different from today, how? We have federal agencies and militarized law enforcement.)

Radical Reconstruction laws, which were passed over Johnson’s vetoes, consolidated the 10 excluded Southern states into 5 “military districts.” The responsibility for most civic functions, including elections, was removed from local communities and assumed by military governors. These governors were appointed by the Federal government and given unheard of powers. Registered voters, suspected of having aided or abetted the Confederate war effort, could be removed from voting lists at the discretion of the appointed governor. He could also add voters to the list if he believed they had been incorrectly omitted.

Entrances to polling places were controlled by Federal troops. When voting was complete, ballots were sealed and transported to military headquarters to be counted. Next, the ballot tally had to be certified behind closed doors by the military governor and his appointees known as a “returning board” who would determine the “intent” of the voters. Needless to say, the Republican ticket carried every election in the occupied Southern states. ~Gail Jarvis, Evil Republicans. (Emphasis added)

Is the unconstitutional view that “might makes right” and we are slaves to a large central government without the right to peacefully remove ourselves from this tyranny and oppression common today? Of course it is; just listen to the shills and sycophants who say that the law is whatever the Supreme Court says it is and if that fails to convince you, read the words of one of the current members of the Supreme Court.

When asked by a playwright if a state could legally secede, the very “conservative” Justice Antonin Scalia replied:

“I am afraid I cannot be of much help with your problem, principally because I cannot imagine that such a question could ever reach the Supreme Court. To begin with, the answer is clear. If there was any constitutional issue resolved by the Civil War, it is that there is no right to secede. (Hence, in the Pledge of Allegiance, “one Nation, indivisible.”) Secondly, I find it difficult to envision who the parties to this lawsuit might be. Is the State suing the United States for a declaratory judgment? But the United States cannot be sued without its consent, and it has not consented to this sort of suit…”

Here, echoing Samuel P. Chase, Scalia claims that the “war” or guns, bullets, death and destruction settled a constitutional issue, not the intent of our founders. He also referenced the Pledge of Allegiance, a piece of national socialist drivel of which Hitler would be proud; written by a de-frocked minister who preached “Jesus the Socialist” from the pulpit, was a founding member of Boston’s First Nationalist Club and a leader in the movement to nationalize this country’s economy.

The pledge, a ritual chant in support of government, compels one to ask is such a pledge appropriate for a free people? Since the banking cartel controls our government are we chanting allegiance to them as well? Would a free and independent people not be better served pledging allegiance to the Bill of Rights?

We labor today under a tyrannical de facto government that is diametrically opposed to the government our founders created and the delegates to the State Ratification Conventions agreed to.

Our government today is the evil spawn of the bankers and their bought and paid for splendid dupes in the White House, Congress, Courts and unconstitutional bureaucracies that Patrick Henry referred to as “federal sheriffs.” This government, under the guise of preserving the Union and freeing an oppressed people, has made slaves of us all. It cannot be remedied at the ballot box by voting for incumbents or those endorsed by the leadership of the two major parties.

Mike Gaddy re: Understanding our Constitution & Bill of Rights (5/18/14)

“To be ignorant of what occurred before you were born is to remain always a child. For what is the worth of human life, unless it is woven into the life of our ancestors by the records of history?”~ Marcus Tullius Cicero
“Now that I look back, I realize that a life predicated on being obedient and taking orders is a very comfortable life indeed. Living in such a way reduces to a minimum one’s need to think.” ~Adolf Eichmann, Nazi SS Obersturmbannfuhrer

Anyone who believes that all is required for a full understanding of our Constitution and Bill of Rights is to take the very short time required to read them will find themselves in quite a quandary. Trying to reconcile what they have read with what someone selling DVD’s and books states, as well as what is declared gospel by someone wearing a black robe, will prove difficult. Of course these black robed oracles are collecting monies and benefits from dollars stolen from those they must steer and incorporate into their employer’s agenda.

There are those who have written books on how to be a “Constitutional Sheriff” who never adhered to the principles of the Constitution and Bill of Rights while they wore the badge themselves, but, telling someone how to do something seems to pay much better than actually doing it.

There are those who claim to be “constitutional” Sheriffs when it comes to resisting federal encroachments on our lives (good thing) but then fail to insure that those who work in their name as deputies protect the constitutional rights of those whom they frequently harass and arrest on unconstitutional grounds. (bad thing) These so-called public servants have assumed the role of an occupying force and treat fellow citizens like soldiers treat possible insurgents in foreign countries when it comes to dealing with those who provide the funds for their paychecks instead of being members of a community protecting and serving. If you don’t think this is correct, attempt to engage one of these jackboots you don’t know in conversation about the Bill of Rights and how they are restrictive on the actions of those who wear the badge. (Have the name and number of a good bondsman and attorney handy)

Then, of course, there are those who cling to the Constitution and Bill of Rights as long as it is comfortable to do so, but when supporting our founding documents becomes the least bit uncomfortable, they choose instead to stand on the sidelines and cheer rather than participate. That is if some sporting event or American Idol doesn’t happen to be on TV at the time.

So, how does one come to know and understand the real reasons and meanings for our Constitution and Bill of Rights? Unfortunately it requires much more than simply carrying a pocket constitution in your pocket or purse. If you are to engage anyone on anything like a level playing field you must know and understand why any particular part of our founding documents was written; by whom it was written; how it was debated and most importantly how was it sold to those in the state ratifying conventions who agreed to accept those documents as the guidelines for their government back in 1788-89. As quoted above by Cicero, you either know the history of both those who wrote our governing documents and the reasoning behind it or you will be forever a child in understanding them. And a child is easily deceived.

From whence comes your understanding and intent of our founders when it comes to the intended operation of the federal government and how it should interact with the states? Chances are very good if it originates with the bought and paid for whores in academe or the presstitutes and talking heads of the media, you are gorging yourself with government prepared pablum designed to make you a compliant and useful idiot/slave.

Many look to the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson when it comes to our founding documents. While that is an excellent choice, the fact remains that during the writing and ratification process of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, Jefferson was not involved, in fact, he was not even in the country.

If your knowledge and understanding of the Constitution and Bill of Rights does not incorporate the thoughts, intentions and in some cases proposed amendments of founders such as George Bryan, William Findley, Robert Whitehill, Tench Coxe and James Winthrop of Pennsylvania; John Dickenson of Delaware; Luther Martin of Maryland; Archibald Maclaine, James Iredell, Hugh Williamson, Samuel Johnston, Samuel Spencer, Richard Dobbs Spaight and William Richardson Davie of North Carolina; Rawlins Lowndes, Charles Pinckney, David Ramsey and James Lincoln of South Carolina; Benjamin Randall, Francis Dana, Dr. John Taylor, William Symmes Jr. and Fisher Ames of Massachusetts; John Lansing, Melancton Smith, Gilbert Livingston, George Clinton, John Williams and Robert Yates of New York; Edmund Pendleton, Henry Lee, Tobias Lear, William Grayson and George Nicholas of Virginia; Roger Sherman, Oliver Wolcott and Oliver Ellsworth of Connecticut; William Pierce of Georgia and Lambert Cadwalader of New Jersey, your vision of the founding of our country is myopic at best and non-existent at worst.

If you read and understand the founders listed above you will see that the federal government was never intended to operate on the individuals in our country but their interaction was to be limited to the states alone. What a wonderful country we would have without having to deal with thousands of “federal sheriffs” as Patrick Henry called them, involving themselves in our everyday lives on a regular basis. Wow! No IRS, BLM, EPA, DEA, DOE, FBI, BATFE, USFS or a myriad of other alphabet despots. But. like the Nazis at Nuremberg, they are just following orders. Most everyone has forgotten the penalty for such a plea of ignorance.

The powers of the federal government were intended to be “few and defined.” This can be easily seen and understood by the 9th and 10th Amendments to our Constitution. But the most popular president in our country, according to the government and their shills, killed over 700,000 people to ignore and destroy the vision and intent of our founders and replace a constitutional republic with an oligarchy where government owned and financed black robed tyrants rule as gods upon a throne.

Even good republicans (if there are any such animals) claim “Nothing is unconstitutional until the Supreme Court says it is.” This quote of course came from our current representative to the Colorado Legislature, who legions that claim to support our Constitution and Bill of Rights will vote for because he is the “lesser of evils” come November.

We have two constitutions in this country; the one the government claims the power to interpret and implement and the one that was intended by our founders. The first constitution and the tyrants who interpret it are able to prevail based simply on the ignorance and apathy of the species known as Ignoramus Americanus. (Please refer again to both quotes at the beginning of this Rant.)

If an individual, residents of a county, state or country do not have a complete working knowledge of their governing documents, they eventually find themselves slaves to a government that has stolen their birthrights, their Liberty and their property, and replaced them with overwhelming debt, ever growing tyranny and oppression and eventual unbridled chaos. Look around you; does any of this look or sound familiar?
